Security Deposit:

To protect our property and facilities, a security deposit of 35,000 THB is required. This deposit is to be collected in cash upon arrival and will be fully refunded upon departure, subject to a thorough inspection for damages and breakages.

Note: If payment is made in another currency, the amount will be converted and collected in Thai Baht.

Extra Bed/Sofa Bed (Subject to availability)

For rent at 3,000 THB/month, including 2× linen changes as per cleaning schedule.

Reservation Condition:

To confirm your booking, an advance payment of at least 50% of the 1-month room rent is required, and the remaining 50% should be paid before or on arrival. All advance payments are non-refundable.

Booking Procedure:

If you wish to proceed with the booking, please provide a copy of the customer’s passport so we can prepare the invoice. Once received, the invoice will be issued with the payment due date clearly indicated.
