The three main bedrooms are equipped with a sideboard, built-in wardrobe, flat screen TV (satellite channels) and DVD player. The first Bedroom is on the ground floor with a queen bed, air conditioning, sideboard and a flat-screen TV has a direct access (mirror sliding door) to a private bathroom with double sinks, large mirror, shower and toilet. Built-in shelves provide ample space for towels and other bath accessories. The large windows provide a serene view of the terrace with the many tropical ornamental shrubs in the background and large swimming pool.

The second and third Bedroom is accessed via a second external staircase to the balcony and entrance. These bedrooms are also equipped with a double bed, air conditioning, large sideboard with built-in refrigerator and a flat-screen TV and have a direct access to a private bathroom with double sinks, large mirror, shower and toilet.

A double trunk bedroom is located on the ground floor mainly for kids. Access is from the living room.

The living and dining area with comfortable built-in kitchen with precious wood paneling includes an extractor hood, 4 -burner stove and a large refrigerator. A small sitting area set with a view to the very large flat-screen TV and a stereo sound system with DVD player provide additional entertainment.

Also included is a modern and comfortable seating furniture, a large dining table and a billiard table on the very large covered terrace with its ceiling fans, the family can enjoy a relaxing lunch, dinner or cocktails. The terrace is located directly in front of the swimming pool.
