The first thing that greets you to the premises of Villa Bellini is a non-chlorine swimming pool along with an outdoor shower surrounded by exotic tropical flora. Adjacent to the pool is a big open area that you can use both for sunbeds, umbrellas and cocktails or dining under the open sky and bbq parties. A home cinema with projector screen is located at the poolside area, so you can watch your favorite movies from the water or the dining area.

The front sliding doors of the villa can be opened to extend and merge dining and kitchen areas. The funky turquoise-colored kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities and some of the luxury appliances like the dishwasher. Large fridge, microwave and a breakfast island – there is enough space and tools for a chef to cook the most exquisite dishes or warm up quick snacks. The living room houses a huge TV panel with Apple TV and a party-size corner couch in case the weather isn’t as welcoming for the outdoor cinema.

One bedroom is on the ground floor and the other 2 bedrooms upstairs. All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, your choice of king or twin-size beds with orthopedic mattresses, aircons, and spacious wardrobes.

The villa is ideal for families with small children with safety and convenience in mind. The pool has a safety perimeter dug-out with rubber protectors, the staircase railing is nice and rounded, the stairs themselves are not slippery, and there are no dangerous glass decorations.

Villa Limoncello is a contemporary 3-bedroom villa within a secure villa complex.

As you enter the Villa Limoncello, you will instantly notice its unique touch – a separate fully equipped kitchen across the pool from the main building. But this touch of luxury doesn’t mean you will have to walk outside every time you fancy a snack as the villa also houses a kitchen, albeit a smaller – but no less convenient – version of it.

Poolside area which is also a lounge area has the private pool with non-chlorine filtered water. Everything you need to spend your leisure time is there: big sunbeds, a small green garden, cozy party cushions, a big table and a barbeque grill for those who enjoy their meals under the sky. There is an open-air cinema with projector screen installed outdoors where you can watch movies from the dining room.

One bedroom with en-suite bathroom is located on the ground floor. Two other bedrooms are located on the second floor which is accessed by the staircase with safe rounded railing and non-slippery stickers on the stepsl. All 3 bedrooms have the same furnishing and layout, so there really is no master bedroom, except for the one with terrace overlooking the swimming pool. The only difference besides the terrace is second floor bedrooms having high ceilings which feel incredibly open and bright.

There are enough private rooms and corners for everyone to maintain the integrity of their personal space, big open dining and party areas have all the means to have fun and separate kitchen will make you feel special when you book a personal chef. Also if you’re traveling with a big group of family of friends, you can settle in the neighboring villas which all have easy maintenance access to one another, should you require it.
