Welcome to Waterfall Villa, an inspiring tropical retreat, situated on the southern peninsula
of Koh Samui, Thailand.

The Property was constructed in 2007 and lies on one of the highest plots on the estate with spectacular views afforded. The hillside property covers approximately a third of an acre and sits within landscaped gardens, which are lit at night. The property is located on the east side of the estate accessed via car or motorbike along the top estate road which is a no through road. There are two car parking spaces at the entrance of the property.
The house comprises two buildings: the main lower house and the upper master bedroom suite.

MAIN LOWER HOUSE
Upper level
The main lower house is accessed via a stepped path, which runs from the top of the plot past the upper master suite. This house provides the principal living areas, which comprise a large double height space with reception/living room, dining room, a guest bed/bath and raised kitchen.
A large covered terrace is accessible off the reception room with a connected balcony off the dining area. The front aspect (terrace and views) is southwest, although the elevated position of the property ensures south and east aspect and light. The views are spectacular.
A unique feature of the living area is the internal 14m high waterfall and plunge pool at its base which sits at the back of the main living room
observing to the natural contours of the granite rock hillside. The plunge pool (25 sq. m. in a linear arrangement) is designed to allow bathing and the water can be controlled and is treated.

Lower level
The lower level accommodates a guest suite comprising a large bedroom with en-suite bathroom and direct access onto the lower terrace with expansive sea and island views to the south and southwest.

UPPER MASTER BEDROOM SUITE
The upper master bedroom suite is accessible directly from the top of the plot and also has a connecting path to the main house. The principal space is double height and has fitted wardrobes leading onto the master bathroom with a double tub and shower. The suite is spectacular in its proportions and could be made self-sufficient as a holiday home/retreat with services and space for a kitchenette. The suite’s front aspect is southwest facing over the Gulf of Thailand with a large terrace accessible off the main room affording amazing sunset views.

And just a minutes stroll away enjoy the residents 18m infinity pool & yoga sala, with breathtaking views from the peak of the estate.

It’s within a three-minute drive of the beautiful golden sands of Laem Set beach and the popular Kamalaya wellness centre and spa resort, and 10 minutes from local restaurants, attractions and boats to the neighbouring islands of Koh Tan and Koh Madsum. Samui international airport is 20 kilometres to the north and most of Samui/s attractions are within a 40-minute drive of the villa.
