Moreover, the 65 square metre black tiled pool, surrounded by lush tropical vegetation, also boasts a built in Jacuzzi that can be enjoyed whilst sipping a sundowner with friends.

Baan Phuttarak is located in Choeng Mon, top East- Northern corner of the island. The Estate is just 10 minutes from the airport. Beautiful Choeng Mon beach is within walking distance and both of popular Chaweng beach. Furthermore, you can discover the rich culture of the island thanks to the villa’s great location. With its shops and nightlife, and Bophut Fisherman’s village with its vibrant restaurants, are only a fifteen minutes’ drive away.

Rental Rates Exclude
• Chef service for Dinner 1,000 THB/time (guests pay cost of ingredients + a 20% service fee on the food bill)
• Extra person charge @ 59 USD/bed/night (available upon request)

Terms & Security Deposit
• Terms & Conditions apply which will be sent to guest for signature
• As a form of security (and for peace of mind) for the villa owner, the Guest Manager will request on arrival a fully refundable $500 (cash only, equivalent currency value acceptable) security deposit from the guest.
• Please note that any minor damage / breakages shall be charged at the end of your stay, at replacement value. If required, damages must be paid and will be requested by the General Manager and paid in full before departure.
