The villa features 2 bedrooms, designed with warm local wood and cream-white walls. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and boast a cozy, welcoming interior. Each room has a spacious wardrobe for your belongings. The 11 x 5 meter pool is perfect for a swim and capturing amazing photos for your Instagram feed. The villa also has a very spacious living room, beautifully decorated and furnished with comfortable seating. A modern kitchen and a large dining table are also at your disposal.

The villa is located within the expansive “Splash” resort complex, offering restaurants, bars, massage salons, and a waterpark with slides and fun attractions.
The stunning Mai Khao Beach is just a 2-minute walk away. The complex also features a communal pool with a sea view.

A dedicated manager is available 24/7 to assist guests, answer any questions, and personally greet and see off each guest.

Please note:
1. The number of guests must match or be fewer than the number stated in the booking. Extra guests (beyond the number booked) are charged at 2,000 THB per person per night.
2. A refundable security deposit of 10,000 THB is required upon check-in (in cash).
3. A copy of a passport or ID is required.
4. Electricity, water, and cleaning are included in the price! Cleaning is provided once every 3 days. Additional cleaning is available on request for 3,000 THB.

Annual rental rate: 250,000 THB
Monthly rate from May to August: 200,000 THB
November 15 – December 15: 400,000 THB
December 15 – January 15: 500,000 THB
January 15 – February 15: 400,000 THB
