For large parts of the exterior the developers used locally sourced stone cladding.

They have chosen to use quality materials and build that has much longer life of and so instead of outsourcing environment concerns, keeping and eye on the consumption and resources the building uses a more practical approach to sustainability.

The property has its own water supply via an artisanal well and a large area dedicated to growing our own vegetables and fruits.

The villa was designed to look and feel as if it was always a part of hillside being of the hill rather that on the hill and by coloration and using local sourced stone materials that age well in place plus significant plantings to give soft cover that will be able to maintain the villas external appearance for a very extended period of time.

One of considerations when designing this villa was the need to have a total fulfilled guest they should not lack any of the most basic amenities one would expect from a resort. Example included the basic fully stocked gym. Large private Cinema complete with popcorn machine, plus a multi-purpose gave room in a Moroccan style for easy relaxation and then added a 1000 bottle wine cellar with space for cards meals or just a quiet secluded chat. To this they added a full spa with steam room, massage rooms and jacuzzi rock pool to create a true Oasis spa environment.

All of this to ensure that should a guess not wish to leave the villa they would lack for nothing.

Often there are unexpected trends in both nesting and holiday travel as such as the best approach has been to maintain a sense of comfort and flexibility within the environment. Having multi-purpose rooms that can be converted or redecorated.

This is a matter of experience and personal preference. Practical luxury classical aesthetics with small elements of surprise can evoke a sense of comfort and joy.
