The living area is made up of a collective of unique spaces; from extensive ones which are excellent for the breathtaking nature views, to more private corners great for cosying and snuggling up.

DINING ROOM
Blessed with 2 dining spaces, one can choose to dine indoors or outdoors, depending on mood or weather.

Choose to dine at the indoor dining room with large plate windows, which is conveniently situated next to the well-equipped kitchen. Or dine under the stars on a perfect balmy night, at the alfresco wooden dining table. Both dining tables seat up to a total of 16 guests comfortably.

CINEMA ROOM
After a day out, retire to the Villa’s very own cinema room to watch the latest blockbuster hits. Add some popcorn to the mix if need be! Facilities like a movie theatre, a tennis court, and an outdoor pool bar ensure that boredom will never be a thought entertained. Not that one needs much help, when home is a lofty paradise in the tropics.

GARDEN & POOL
A signature feature of this villa. The iconic infinity swimming pool is easily one of the best-loved features in this remarkable space. Luxuriate in the cool water and admire panoramic views of lush greenery, open skies and the deep blue sea. Or stretch out on the day beds strategically placed on the pool deck, for an elevated view of the spectacular natural landscape.

The pool caters to both the young and old, with a shallow end for kids to frolic and a deeper area for bomb dives.

An outdoor pool bar is conveniently located near the pool. Play bartender for the day and show off some mixologist skills. ‘Shaken, not stirred’ – that’s how we roll here.

Rental Rates Exclude
• Private Chef (evening) @ 1,500 THB per setting for 1 – 10 pax / 2,000 THB per setting for 11+ pax (guest pays cost + 20% for food)

• Car rental can be arranged with full insurance coverage

Terms & Security Deposit
• Terms & Conditions apply which will be sent to guest for signature
• As a form of security (and for peace of mind) for the villa owner, the Guest Manager will request on arrival a fully refundable $2,000 (cash only) security deposit from the guest.
• Please note that any minor damage / breakages shall be charged at the end of your stay, at replacement value. If required, damages must be paid and will be requested by the General Manager and paid in full before departure.
