Each living area and bedroom showcases floor-to-ceiling glass windows, allowing you to enjoy the natural light by day and after-glows at dusk as well as the beautiful star-studded night that this part of the island with fewer city lights enjoys. Every Pool Villa’s living and dining area has direct access to the expansive private terrace with the infinity pool.

Every villa features bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms as well as a built-in wardrobe, a fully equipped kitchen, a storage/laundry room, some villas have a guest toilet, terrace, infinity pool, airconditioning, and ceiling fans in all rooms.

The Villas 101-105 and 201-203 have their reserved parking lot at the Management Building, however, the other villas have their own designated parking lot. The special design of the double roof makes the villas cooler and more energy efficient with spacious terraces where one can enjoy the sun and dip in the swimming pool.

All Villas have private covered parking. Dimensions of built Villa 503; the other villas will have minor variances: for Built-up and Usable Area of each villa please refer to the price list.
